Loan Payment Options

Making payments on your FCCU loan should be quick, easy, and convenient for you. Choose an option below!

Make a Payment from Your FCCU Account

You can make a one-time or recurring payment within both online and mobile banking. Edit your scheduled payments at any time within the My Finance menu option, then click the Transfers button.

Online Banking

  1. From the FCCU Online Banking Login page, log into your account.
  2. Click the Transfer Money menu option.
  3. Click the Between Your Accounts button.
  4. Select the account you want the payment to come from.
  5. Select the loan or credit card you want the payment to send to.

Mobile Banking

  1. Log in to your account within the FCCU Mobile App.
  2. Tap the loan or credit card you’d like to make a payment on.
  3. Tap the Pay Loan button.
  4. Select the account you want the payment to come from.

Make a Payment from an External Account

External Transfer via Online Banking

Note: You must first set up your external account and verify account ownership, which could take up to 3 business days. Check out our step-by-step PDF instructions or video walkthrough on how to set up an external account.

  1. From the FCCU Online Banking Login page, log into your account.
  2. Click the Transfer Money menu option.
  3. Click the Withdraw Money button.
  4. Select the external account you want the payment to come from.
  5. Select the loan or credit card you want the payment to send to.

External Transfer via Mobile Banking

Note: You must first set up your external account and verify account ownership, which could take up to 3 business days. Check out our step-by-step PDF instructions or video walkthrough on how to set up an external account.

  1. Log in to your account within the FCCU Mobile App.
  2. Tap the green plus button.
  3. Tap the Transfer Money button.
  4. Tap the External Accounts tab.
  5. Select the external account you want the payment to come from.
  6. Select the loan or credit card you want the payment to send to.

Credit Card Portal

You can make a one-time or recurring credit card payment using any of the options listed above. If you wish to bypass the external account setup process, you can make a payment directly in FCCU’s credit card portal within online and mobile banking.

  1. From the FCCU Online Banking Login page, log into your account.
  2. Tap the Cards menu option.
  3. Hover your cursor over your credit card.
  4. Click the Manage Card button. You will be redirected to the credit card portal.
  5. Click the Make Payment button.

Online Payment Portal

You can make a one-time or recurring payment on any of your FCCU loans or credit cards with a debit/credit card or using your account information from another financial institution.

Note: There are convenience fees per credit card1, debit card2, and ACH payment3. To avoid fees, use one of the payment methods listed above.

Online Payment Portal

[1] A $10.00 per payment fee will be assessed for online Express Payments or Pay Now payments. See current fee schedule.

[2] A $0.25/recurring payment fee will be charged for online recurring AutoPay payments. See current fee schedule.

[3] A $1.00 fee will be assessed for online/telephone ACH payments. See current fee schedule.

All payments left in the night drop will be deposited within the next business day.

Note: We are unable to take loan payments via debit/credit card or another financial institution over the phone. Please use one of other payment methods listed above.
