Loan Payment Options

Making payments on your FCCU loan should be quick, easy, and convenient for you. Choose an option below!

Make a Payment from Your FCCU Account

You can make a one-time or recurring payment within both online and mobile banking the same way you'd transfer money between your accounts:

  1. Click the Make a Transfer menu option.
  2. In the From dropdown menu, select the account you want the payment to come from.
  3. In the To dropdown menu, select the loan or credit card you want the payment sent to.

Make a Payment from an External Account

External Transfer via Digital Banking

You must first add your External Account and verify account ownership which could be instant via Instant Account Verification or take up to 3 business days with Manual Account Input.

You can make a one-time or recurring payment within both online and mobile banking from an External Account the same way you'd transfer money between your accounts:

  1. Click the Make a Transfer menu option.
  2. In the From dropdown menu, select the External Account you want the payment to come from.
  3. In the To dropdown menu, select the loan or credit card you want the payment sent to.

Online Payment Portal

You can make a one-time or recurring payment on any of your FCCU loans or credit cards with a debit/credit card or using your account information from another financial institution.

Note: There are convenience fees per credit card1, debit card2, and ACH payment3. To avoid fees, use one of the payment methods listed above.

See current fee schedule. [1] A $10.00 per payment fee will be assessed for online Express Payments or Pay Now payments. [2] A $0.25/recurring payment fee will be charged for online recurring AutoPay payments. [3] A $1.00 fee will be assessed for online/telephone ACH payments.

All payments left in the night drop will be deposited within the next business day.

Note: We are unable to take loan payments via debit/credit card or another financial institution over the phone. Please use one of other payment methods listed above.
