Loan Payment Options

Making payments on your FCCU loan should be quick, easy, and convenient for you.

From Your FCCU Account

You can make a one-time or recurring payment within digital banking the same way you'd transfer money between your accounts:

  1. Click the Make a Transfer menu option.
  2. In the From dropdown menu, select the account you want the payment to come from.
  3. In the To dropdown menu, select the loan or credit card you want the payment sent to.

From an External Account

You must first add your External Account and verify account ownership which could be instant via Instant Account Verification or take up to 3 business days with Manual Account Input.

You can make a one-time or recurring payment within digital banking from an External Account the same way you'd transfer money between your accounts:

  1. Click the Make a Transfer menu option.
  2. In the From dropdown menu, select the account you want the payment to come from.
  3. In the To dropdown menu, select the loan or credit card you want the payment sent to.

Online Payment Portal

You can make a one-time or recurring payment on any of your FCCU loans or credit cards with a debit/credit card or using your account information from another financial institution.

Note: There are convenience fees per credit card¹, debit card², and ACH payment³. To avoid fees, use one of the payment methods listed above.

Visit any of our branch locations during business hours.

Otherwise, place an envelope with the following in the branch's night deposit box:

  2. Note indicating which loan or credit card this payment should be applied to.

All payments left in the night drop will be deposited within the next business day.

Note: We are unable to take loan payments from a debit or credit card or another financial institution over the phone. Please use another payment method.

[1] A $10.00 per payment fee will be assessed for online Express Payments or Pay Now payments.

[2] A $0.25/recurring payment fee will be charged for online recurring AutoPay payments.

[3] A $1.00 fee will be assessed for online/telephone ACH payments.
