Let's work together to prevent fraud and keep your personal data secure.
Scammers love to pretend to be financial institutions to gain your trust and collect your confidential information.
We take your trust in us seriously, which is why we want to help you to identify these pesky imposters.

Is FCCU contacting me?
FCCU will never contact you— call, text, or email— to request or verify your personal information.
We take many steps on our end to ensure your contact information on file is correct and up-to-date. That way, we can ensure that you are you, before we contact you.
What should you do?
- Hang up the call or ignore the text/email. Scammers are master persuaders and will try to keep you on the phone as long as it takes to convince you they are real. Skip the pleasantries and hang up.
- Never use contact info provided by the suspected imposter. Scammers can falsify your caller ID to display FCCU's real phone number; this is called caller ID spoofing. To be safe, never tap the callback button. Always manually dial (920) 563-7305 to call FCCU.
- Call FCCU as soon as possible at (920) 563-7305, Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm. We will walk you through any necessary account security measures.
