Let's work together to prevent fraud and keep your personal data secure
Scammers love to pretend to be financial institutions to gain your trust and steal your info.
We take your trust in us seriously, which is why we want to help you to identify imposters.

Is FCCU contacting me?
{openTab}
FCCU will never reach out to request or verify your personal information.
We take steps to ensure your contact information on file is correct and up to date. That way, we can ensure that you are you before we contact you.
Trust your gut. If something feels off, take action:
Hang up the call or ignore them
Scammers are master persuaders. They will try to keep you on the phone as long as it takes to convince you they are real. Skip the pleasantries and hang up.
Never use contact info provided by the suspected imposter
Scammers can falsify your caller ID to display any of FCCU's real phone numbers. This is called caller ID spoofing.
To be safe, never use the callback button. Find the phone number from a trustworthy source and manually dial it.
Contact FCCU as soon as possible
We will walk you through any necessary account security measures.
