FCCU Hosts Seminar in Spanish, ?Viaje de Compra de Vivienda?

WATERTOWN, WI – FCCU is hosting this free seminar designed especially for their Hispanic community members. “Viaje de Compra de Vivienda” will be held on Saturday, July 29th from 2:00-4:00pm at the Watertown Community Center located at 514 S 1st Street in Watertown, WI 53094.
This seminar will be presented in Spanish to provide all the steps needed to purchase a home if someone has an ITIN or Social Security Number. The seminar will also share details on how to qualify for $20,000 of down payment assistance grants. The seminar will be presented by Yolanda Ramirez, mortgage loan officer with Fort Community Credit Union. Yolanda has worked with FCCU since 2011 and is a Certified Financial Coach in addition to her lending role.
