In 2019, Iverson joined FCCU as Branch Manager of the Watertown Branch and Consumer Loan Officer, bringing over 9 years of retail banking experience to the credit union. As a long time resident of Watertown, Iverson was the perfect candidate to head FCCU’s newest branch location.

Now, four years later, Iverson is promoted to Director of Member Services. Iverson succeeds Jeff Scheuerell, who was recently promoted to Chief Experience Officer. “I can’t think of anyone better than Eric to take over my previous role,” said Jeff Scheuerell. “His charisma and genuine empathy make him a great leader that any person would want to follow.”

Iverson and his wife, Deb, are longtime residents of Watertown and raised their two children in the community. Their son, Adam, is a social studies teacher at Randolph High School, and their daughter, Emma, is studying Computer Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Iverson is an active member of the Rotary Club of Watertown (since 2019) and has served as an ambassador for the Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce since 2020.
