(last updated 1/20/2021)
Branch lobbies are now open for complicated or business transactions and as capacity allows. Face masks are required effective August 1, 2020.
During this time of transition, new accounts, loans, financial coaching, and financial advisor services are available by appointment. Please continue to conduct basic services in the drive up, online at fortcommunity.com, through the Fort Community mobile banking application, or by giving us a call at 920-563-7305.
For your protection, and to follow CDC guidelines and local government recommendations, should you need to visit a branch office, the following safety protocols have been established;
- Physical Distancing
- Limited number of members admitted into lobbies at one time (please adhere to posted capacity)
- Sneeze guards have been installed at all teller lines
- All work areas wiped down routinely throughout day
- Hand sanitizer is available for member and team member use after each transaction
Face masks are required to enter our branches, though you may be asked to remove it momentarily for security/identification purposes. Additionally, should you visit a branch office and the lobby is at capacity, you may be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle until a team member is ready to serve you.
We ask for your patience, support and cooperation as we gradually shift our operations back to a full-service model. Again, all our digital tools remain available, and you can continue to safely and securely manage your money using the Everyday Banking solutions listed below.

- You must use the full amount of your first PPP loan on or before the expected date your Second Draw PPP Loan is disbursed.
- If you’re seeking a loan of $150,000 or more, you’ll need to provide documentation (e.g., tax forms, financial statements, bank statements) to prove revenue reduction of 25% or more. For loans less than $150,000, you’ll just need to provide this information to receive loan forgiveness.
